Our Mission
At The Cat Oasis, our mission is to provide a safe, loving, and nurturing sanctuary for stray, abandoned, and unwanted cats. We are dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating felines of all ages and conditions, with a special commitment to keeping cat families together so they can thrive in a supportive environment. Our goal is to ensure that every cat under our care wants for nothing and lives their happiest life possible. Through compassionate care, community education, and advocacy for animal welfare, we strive to create a better world for cats in need while promoting responsible pet ownership and the importance of spaying and neutering.

We are happy to announce this has been completed!
Become a non-profit in the eyes of the IRS
We are very excited to announce we have officially applied for our 501(c)(3)!
What this means:
• We can finally accept taxable donations!
• We have not had the 501(c)(3) approved yet, but barring some odd paperwork issue, we should be approved in approx. 3-6 months.
• In the event the 501(c)(3) is denied, all donations received while waiting for approval would be refunded in full.
Apply for grants
This is upcoming. We have to have our ducks in a row with the IRS before this is possible. We aren't accepting donations yet either as we are not tax exempt yet. The amazing people who want to donate wouldn't be able to write the donation off on their taxes.
Find a facility
We have no clue what we are looking at for grants yet, so we haven't really started looking for an awesome building that will allow us to create the oasis that all of these cats deserve.
